Shipments damaged in transit must be settled with the freight carrier. To this end, all purchases more than $150.00 must be insured against loss.
Missing Cartons:
Note any missing cartons on the freight bill and notify the freight carrier. Because Grilling Specialists.com brings products from many different manufactures, products may be sent to your home in separate boxes and arrive at differing times. If the freight bill states carton 1 of 1 and your order is not complete, chances are that another box will arrive at another time. However, if the the freight bill states 1 of 2 for example and only one box arrives, you must note the missing box and inform the freight carrier. Concealed Damage:
If damage is discovered after the delivery of the product, contact the freight carrier to inspect the damage and file a claim.
Defective Products:
Grilling Specialists.com will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship. Please contact our customer service product for an authorization.
Satisfaction Guarntee:
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please not that if you do not like the product, you may return the product. Your purchase price will be returned to you in the orignial payment form minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please note: all original packaging and product parts must be returned for a refund to be awarded.
